"The new COVID normal"

With the ongoing easing of restrictions and the transition to the COVID-normal, we are resuming more our face to face consultations and elective procedures both in the clinic and hospitals. We will still be offering telehealth appointments for those who are in regional areas or have symptoms are awaiting COVID test results.

Please also check that you have not visited any COVID-19 exposure  sites currently listed on the DHHS website -

Scheduling appointment

  1. To service your individual needs we offer telehealth consultations via video or telephone as an alternative to Face-to-Face consultations.

  2. Patients wishing to attend Face-to-Face consultations will be asked COVID screening questions to determine your risk​.

  3. Patient registration form will be emailed to you for yo to complete and return to us prior to your appointment.

  4. Please let our staff know if you require an urgent appointment due to pain, traumaswelling or a suspected cancer issue.

Your appointment

  1. At some clinics, you will be asked to wait in your car until you are ready to be seen to minimise your contact with other people. 

  2. In accordance with regulations by the Victorian government, please wear a face mask.

  3. Upon entry, please sanitise your hands with the available sanitisers in the reception.

  4. We ask that you maintain social distancing of 1.5m from the reception desk.

Your procedure

  1. To minimise the number of visits, we will endeavour to offer local anaesthetic procedures to be done on the same day as the initial consultation. (Pending review of medical history and xrays)

  2. The accompanying person cannot be in the procedure room unless the patient is a minor or requires assistance.y.
